Welcome to the

We rescue dogs, cats and exotic birds .
Thanks to all of the donors who helped provide additional vet care for Baby Girl.
This is Baby Girl. We took her in about a week ago. She had a prolapsed rectum. She got care with Dr. Sigsted a short time later. He manual inserted the rectum, prescribed medication and put her on a special diet. $87.00. He then did a fecal test for $21.00. She prolapsed again. This time he had to surgically make the repairs for $250.00.
Baby Girl had a third prolapse. A donor came forward to pay for the surgery and the next medical test. Then we discovered she has a rare protozoa in her intestines. The medication cost $195.00. Donors came forward to help. She is getting a refill soon. She is doing better.
Some of our cats and dogs have been looking for a home for more than a year. Can you help?
Did you know in California it is illegal to chain up a dog for more than three hours in a 24 hour period? Please make sure to encourage neighbors to bring their dogs in and make them part of the family
